Gareth McLaughlin joins Konektio as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record within the Industrial IoT and technology sectors. Gareth’s hire underpins Konektio’s investment in its AssetMinder SaaS Solution, driving further customer value through new modular innovation for energy optimisation, and further extending AI and insights from manufacturing assets. Prior to joining Konektio, Gareth was the pioneer behind a large vehicle telematics system for JCB/Wrightbus, using sensing to improve uptime and efficiency on EV/Hydrogen and Diesel transportation resulting in lower emissions and operating costs, and reduced maintenance. Gareth was also pivotal in the delivery of smart factory innovation for one of Europe’s largest FMCG companies.
